• Change in level from diploma to degree – BSc (Hons) as
Final Award
• Branches have been replaced by fields of practice
• 2 progression points - end of year 1 and 2
• Removal of common foundation year replaced with
generic and field competencies throughout
• Mix of generic modules & field specific learning in all
years and starts in Year 1 Sem 3
• Increased skills in leadership and management,
delegation, critical thinking
