The Oral Panel Interview  Third & final step in examination process  Candidate invited only if passed written exam - Application Met minimum requirements - Written Exam Passed with a score of 70% or better.

Day of the Interview  Arrive on time.  Check in

During the Interview  Listen carefully to each question  Give thorough and concise answers  Make eye contact  Try to relax and not be nervous 6

After the Interview  Receive results of examination process by mail  If pass oral exam with score of 70% or above, receive your rank notice on the eligibility list  Rank based upon final score  Eligibility list used to fill positions of that job title 7
