Regulatory Compliance
BlueBridge’s Cleveland Data Center and Managed
services are both PCI-DSS Compliant and SAS 70
Type II certified.
Tier Datacenters
 Tier 1 = Non-redundant capacity components (single
uplink and servers).
 Tier 2 = Tier 1 + Redundant capacity components.
 Tier 3 = Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Dual-powered equipments and
multiple uplinks.
 Tier 4 = Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3 + all components are
fully fault-tolerant including uplinks, storage, chillers,
HVAC systems, servers etc. Everything is dual-powered.
Cleveland Datacenter
The Cleveland Data Center rests upon anti-static
19" raised floor, and is constructed with two
physical layers of concrete reinforced material.
The Data Center is supplied by diversely
distributed and surge protected utility power.

Telecommunications
Fiber and telecommunications connectivity is
diversely routed via separate physical
building entrances, and diverse conduit paths
into the Cleveland data center itself. Most of
the major global carriers with large regional
network footprints are fiber terminated
directly inside of the BlueBridge Data Center.
All network services are distributed via an
overhead multi-tier ladder rack system.

Redundant Networks
Dedicated Internet Access
BlueBridge operates disparate and redundant fiber optic networks on
both East 13th street and Euclid Avenue fiber conduits. Internet
connectivity is delivered on BlueBridge’s gigabit collocate backbone via
redundant Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls in a high availability
configuration with Gigabit connectivity to multiple Tier 1 Carriers.
BlueBridge’s network elements and security systems are monitored
24x7x365 for availability, traffic trends, irregular firewall activity and
intrusion events by experts in its Network Operations Center based in
Cleveland, Ohio.

Generator Systems
Utility Power is backed by two diesel Generators with a
capacity of 2.1 Megawatts and 1.7 Megawatts and are
controlled by redundant ASCO Auto transfer switches.
The 2.1 Megawatt diesel generator is supplied by a
fuel supply of 6,800 gallons and the 1.7 Megawatt
diesel generator has a fuel capacity of 8,800 gallons.

Auto Transfer Switches
Redundant (A+B) ASCO auto
transfer switches
instantaneously failover the
external power feed to
generator power should utility
feeds drop below acceptable
levels.
Generator Systems
BlueBridge supplies the regions 911 Emergency
Services Response Center with backup generator
power.
BlueBridge customers enjoy an advantage over other
data centers due to a priority status conferred upon
BlueBridge by refueling providers.
Environmental Systems
Constant temperature and humidity
control is maintained by 300 tons of
HVAC cooling, distributed via a
pressurized downdraft system under
19” of raised floor.
Liebert 20 ton HVAC

Environmental Systems
The Cleveland Data Center is protected by a
state-of-the-art laser air sampling fire detection
technology, backed by a pre-action, double
interlocked dry pipe fire protection system.
The air sampling system is
capable of detecting particles of
combustion as low as 0.0015%/ft
(0.005%/m), which is 2000 times
more sensitive than conventional
smoke detectors.
Fenwal AnaLASER HSSD
The higher sensitivity of the
detector allows it to detect low
energy fires even in high airflow
environments, which tend to
dilute smoke concentrations.
Security
 Network Operations Center
(NOC) 24x7x365
 Monitors the security and
video systems
 Provides access control for
physical security.
 Physical patrols of the data
center occur on a regular basis
around the clock.
Security
 BlueBridge’s state-of-the-art security
system
 Maintains access control to authorized
personnel via proximity card and key pad
at all data center entrances.
 Monitored by two redundant and
geographically diverse monitoring
centers, as well as the BlueBridge NOC.
 Video surveillance is applied at every
entrance and throughout the data center
facility.
 Recorded archives are maintained for a
minimum of 90 days.
Security
 Uniformed lobby security
guards control access to the
building entrances and elevators
after hours, on weekends, and
holidays.
 There is no access to the 5th
floor and data center off hours
that is unescorted.
 Regular patrols of the entire
building occur after hours,
weekends and holidays.
THANK YOU!
