Security requirement in network based on GPON：
 Data Encryption ：each data frame in downstream is only available for
special ONU, other ONUs can’t get the data information
 User isolation: the upstream data from one ONU can’t be taken from other
ONU, except the P2P function is enabled.
 Device Access control: Unauthorized device can’t access the network
 User access control: Unauthorized user can’t use the network resource

