Interview and GD Processes
 Pre Placement talks & selection
process will be held in two phases:
a) 1st Phase: 15th April to 30th April 2013
b) 2nd Phase 20th May to 5th June 2013
Resume submissions and short listing will
take place in the month of April & May 2013
Selected students will be able to join from
the month of June 2013
Final Placement Process
 Company/Organization fills the Job Response Form (JRF)* and
sends it by post/fax or email to the Corporate Relations Dept. of
Pearl Academy.
 The JRF along with any other information provided by the
company is made available to the students through Account
Managers of CRD. Interested students would register for preplacement talk with respective Account Manager of CRD.
 Corporate Relations Department would allot date for preplacement talk and campus interviews as per the ranking ** of the
company/organization and inform the company/organization.
 Resumes of Interested candidates are made available to
company/organization.
 The company visits the campus on the given date and conduct
pre-placement talk, Aptitude/Technical Test, Personal
Interview/Group Discussion as a part of the selection procedure.
 The company/organization furnishes the final list of placed
students before leaving the campus on the same day.
 Once a student gets a confirmed job offer then he/she will not be
allowed to appear for other companies' interviews as per the Pearl
Placement Policy.
 It may be noted that the selected student would be able to join
the company/organization not before June 2011.
* The Job Response Form (JRF) provides the primary basis of
communicating the details of the positions offered to the candidates. It is
therefore, highly desirable that the JRF is complete in all respects.
** Companies are allotted dates based on the ranking of the job offer.
