Why Program Prioritization?
• Need to strengthen core academic programs
and prioritize new areas for investment
• Assure that we are strategic in moving forward
• Address challenges from demographic trends,
economic conditions and alternative delivery
models
What is Program Prioritization?
• Process for strategic reallocation of resources
• Comprehensive review of all academic and
administrative programs
• Evidence-based decision-making process
