Bramley Baths

Background

• In February 2011 Leeds City Council announced the plans to reduce opening hours at the baths with potential future closure.

• BARCA-Leeds with West Leeds MP Rachel Reeves and Cllr Ted Hanley organised a public meeting to discuss what this will mean to the local community and how it can be prevented.

• BARCA involvement was to talk to the group about the community taking over the baths with our support.
