 Basic information is automatically displayed on the screen, including starting and ending times, the remaining duration of the meeting, the topic of the meeting, who has booked the room and equipment status.

Connection via Exchange Server / IBM Domino

 The units synchronize with MS Exchange / Office 365 / Google Apps for Business to always show the latest information both at the room and in the calendar on the server. IBM Domino / Lotus Notes is supported, too.
