What is our grassroots strategy?
To Save America
• Establish the GOP as the CONSERVATIVE defender
of the constitution, small government, economic
freedom and personal liberty.
• This is a cooperative effort with all conservatives
• Driven at the county level but looking at the state
and the nation
• This will take place in front of many of the leaders
we want to REPLACE
Why do we do this?
• Currently the GOP is run by
Moderates
• Establishment has control
• The Tea Party cannot be a 3rd party
and WIN
• The last election is an example of the GOP’s
IN-ability to WIN
• Currently the GOP controls the conservative
agenda, we need more conservatives in office
• Many GOP conservatives are leaving the party,
we need them to be more involved
How do we do this?

Become precinct delegates not alternates
Establish a precinct action group
Get a database of local voters to contact
Use all tools available-meetings, phones, email,
website, social media, and door-to-door
• Identify VOTER needs and concerns

• It is the Most important but least understood

• You know the people in your area

• Represent the conservative voice of the GOP in
your area

How can I become a delegate?
• Affidavit of Identity form with their clerk
• Precinct Delegates are elected in the August
Primary
• Filing deadline is 12 weeks prior to
August primary
• GOP County Chair will help
• County Clerk will notify you of the result
How to do it for real
• Obtain a precinct map from
the local clerk's office.
• Find out the number of
(your party) precinct
delegate vacancies
• File your Affidavit of
Identity with the clerk
• If you have opposition,
campaign
Following precinct election
• Take notification to county convention
to register with the convention
credentials committee
• Elect delegates to state convention in
September
• Convention sets party platform,
nominates various state offices
Following general and mid term
• Participate in County Convention
• Elect executive committees
and officers to serve through
the following election.
• Elect CONSERVATIVE delegates to the
February state convention where new state
party officers and a new state central
committee will be voted in
