• Supplements traditional forms of communication like email, phone, fax, etc.

Managed Access Gateway (MAG)

Key User Roles

• Two key user roles in MAG: > >

Organization Administrator

– Owns the relationship between your company and Exostar – Likely to be the person who registered your company with Exostar – Can create other users for your organization

Application Administrator

– Manages the day-to-day use of SCP – Can select default preference values for the company • Four key user roles in SCP: > > >

Admin

– can assign other users to roles, and set default preferences for your company

User

– standard role that can view, respond and create documents in SCP

Shipper

– can create ASNs, but only view all other document types in SCP >

Viewer

Security Questions – future password reset

Confirmation – first time login complete

Service Agreement – only once per supplier

Review the service agreement

Click ‘I Agree’

Confirmation email and copy of agreement

Go to Home tab in MAG

Click the ‘Open Application’ link

Subsequent Logins – Go to www.myexostar.com

Enter your credentials

Choose to Access SCP
