1. Client Evaluation
Problem:
With a myriad of contracts and service providers,
documentation of facilities is often out of date and
existing services don’t enhance business strategies.
TELE Concepts will visit client’s site to create a
database of equipment, facilities, provider contacts,
etc. We will also gain a thorough understanding of
client business practices and future goals.
Only with this complete understanding can we advise
and make recommendations that will benefit our
clients / business partners.
2. “Bottom Line” Audit
Problem:
85% of communications billings contain errors.
Of course, errors almost always favor the
service providers.
TELE Concepts audits billings. Any errors that we
discover are corrected and we then negotiate
the maximum amount of credits and/or refunds
for the client
3. Sales Screening
Problem:
Overzealous salespeople can waste valuable
time attempting to convince you that their
“revolutionary” solutions are needed.
All solicitations can be referred to TELE Concepts
as your consultant. We will review all offerings,
determine their applicability / feasibility and
present a summary to Client if appropriate.
4. CSR Analysis
Problem:
The CSR (Customer Service Record), usually
provided by the local phone company, has very
complicated USOC codes that represent the
service charges you pay monthly.
TELE Concepts translates this report and verifies
that all charges are appropriate. The report is
provided to the Client in an easy-to-understand
spreadsheet format.
5. Contract Review
Problem:
Current communications costs do not always
conform with original contracts and intent.
TELE Concepts reviews all voice / data / cellular
contracts to verify that they are appropriate
to the needs of the Client. Recommendations
for optimization are presented to Client and, if
approved, implemented by TCI’s staff.
6. Billing Review
Problem:
Ongoing communications billings contain errors.
Invoices for any implemented TELE Concepts
recommendations are analyzed monthly to
ensure conformity with contractual terms and
verify correct pricing.
With the COP enhanced service, other invoices
selected by client will also be reviewed monthly.
Any errors discovered are corrected and
appropriate credits/refunds are obtained for
the client.
7. Ongoing Consulting Advice
Problem:
The ever-changing communications industry is
often confusing. Clients don’t always have the
time or expertise to research/evaluate if new
technologies would benefit them.
TELE Concepts will provide basic consulting advice
on any question or issue. If specific project
management is requested, any fee for service
will be discounted for COP clients. TELE

8. Service Orders
Problem:
Simply dealing with communications network
service providers (local phone company, longdistance, cellular, data) is very frustrating and
time consuming.
TELE Concepts, as your consultant, will place all
new, disconnect and trouble-ticket orders. We
will track the status to assure the timely
resolution and implementation.
9. Service Escalation
Problem:
Network or equipment service problems often
result in “finger-pointing”, frustration and time
wasted.
TELE Concepts will intervene with your vendors
and providers – to escalate any problem and get
resolution as quickly as possible. Our “on-call”
consultant will have a database of all possible
contacts pertinent to your account.
10. Management Reports
Problem:
Most businesses simply “pay the bill” without
applying the data contained therein to better
understand their business.
TELE Concepts can provide traffic and trending
reports, based on available data, as a valuable
