The new CTS Web center will offer a variety of enhancements:
 Allow budgetary control through authorized access via a
QDB or OASIS account using DACCS
 Email CTS notification of receipt of order to authorized
person placing order, order contact, and DACCS reviewer
 Email notification of due date to order placer and contact
 Email notification of completion to order placer and
contact
 PAN notification

More enhancements:
 Expedite the order placing process by using a
“shopping cart” approach to selecting CTS products
and services
 Gather more detailed information, allowing CTS
personnel to expedite order processing and
confirmation with customers
 Give online customers access to track orders and
check on status
