NGR 5-1, Chap 1-4i: The formats/templates for each Cooperative Agreement are developed by the NGB Program Managers and are to be used. The NGB Program Managers also write their corresponding chapter in the NGR 5-1/ANGI 63-101.

Required when any change to the Cooperative Agreement is requested.

All initial Cooperative Agreements shall be reviewed/approved for budget by respective NGB Program Managers who sign the documents. This review is valid for the duration of the agreements.
Legal reviews of initial Cooperative Agreements by the State & USPFO legal counsels are required. Their signature blocks are on the MCA, appendices and modifications forms (NGR 5-1, Chap 2-4a).
