What is Effectiveness?





You can effectively mess up anything!
To be effective it must be defined.
Don’t do it if you cannot measure it!
Effective training is active, not passive.
Effective training starts with proper
planning.
Adult Learning Theory




Adults are Self Directed.
Adults have acquired a large amount of
knowledge.
Adults are ready to learn tasks that are
relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
Adults are motivated to learn in order to
solve or address problems.

Adult Training Methods





There is not one good way to learn everything.
Adults tend to learn by tying new information to
existing knowledge.
Most adults learn better by doing and/or seeing.
Use methods based on your personal
interactions.
Training will be more effective if you use and
focus on real examples that relate to your
organization.

job is to get him in and out a fast as
possible.
Keep all records in one or two organized
binders.
Keep records in one central location.
Our purpose is prevent human
suffrage due to workplace injuries.
