Dhalai, a fund of Rs. 10.00 Crores may be withdrawn
from the Account of DPC, Dhalai and credited to the
Account of State Employment Guarantee Fund and the
same may be placed to other Districts on requisition.

9.a Internet connectivity at Panchayat Level:
Director Panchayat has reported that fund was
placed to BSNL for providing Y-max connection.
The matter may be taken up with BSNL whether
Data Card will work in remote Panchayats.
Service providers other than BSNL may also be
consulted so that all computers can be made
operationalised with internet connectivity by
August 2012.

9.b In Durga Chowmohoni Block no land/WILL telephones Dir(Panch) to report.

10. E-FMS: The Director (Technical)-NIC, Agartala presented the DM(W) to report.
PPP on E-FMS. After threadbare discussion it was decided that
initially e-FMS will be adopted/started in Dukli R.D. Block
underWestTripura District on experiment basis.

11. Social Audit (Madhya Bharat Chapter): The Annual SoSSMBC to report.
report of 2010-11 and 1st & 2nd Quarter report of 2011-12 of
Social Audit was presented. A simple format/questionnaires is
to be devised by the SoSSMBC and the same shall be placed
before the RD Department for obtaining Government approval.
The format will be provided to all participants of the Gram
Sabha so that the people who are less vocal can also opine their
views.

Coverage of BC Model: There is a gap in the report of Bankers to report.
TGB and Department in respect of registration of the Job
Card holder. It is to be reconciled. All bank officers assured
that the registration including issuing of Smart Card will be
completed by June 30, 2012. TSCB and TGB should send the
BCs in the village level for 5 days in a week. UBI has written
to their authority to issue a new circular for enhancement of
cash limit so that the BCs can move to villages with more
Cash limit. UBI was requested to take up the issue in the next
SLBC meeting. Bankers were requested to ensure sending of
BCs to the villages in every week.
