The UMCS and ESS contracts
 Provide flexible mechanisms to design, procure, install and
maintain a broad range of Utility Monitoring and Controls and
Electronic Security systems
 Five-year multiple award (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite
Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts
 Also, single award (SATOC) Johnson Controls version
 Managed through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering
and Support Center in Huntsville, AL
 May be used by any federal government agency around the
world for procurement
