Travel allowance if you live more than 3 miles away
Accommodation allowance if you live 16 miles away
You will receive travel or accommodation not both
Sick pay paid with doctors certificate
Sick pay for 3 days in 3 months or 6 days in 6
months

The Instructor issues a Disciplinary Review Form, signed by the
Instructor, Trainee/Apprentice and Assistant Manager and a copy is
sent to Employer of Apprentice
