Registration for Conference
• $90 per person (parents/family included)
• May 15th last day to cancel participation w/out
owing this fee
• Full registration fees are due no later than Friday
May 22nd (Last full day of school)

• $940 total
• Check in: Tuesday June 23rd @ 4 pm
• Check out: Sunday June 28th @ 11 am
• If willing to share a room with another
competitor, rate will be split amongst
roommates.
• Money due no later than Friday May 22nd (Last
full day of school)
Flights
• Southwest
• ~ $550-600 per person - non-stop, roundtrip

CST)

• Flight cost and times are based on a group rate and can change
depending on when flight is officially booked and how many will fly
together. We must have at least 10 tickets to qualify for group rate.
• Individual rates and flying varying between $650-750 with one-stop
between destinations.
• Cost for flight is due no later than Friday, May 1st 2015 if group rate
is used.
Flight / Airport Transfer
• Super Shuttle – transfer from airport to hotel =
~17 each way
• $35 roundtrip fee – will be added to price of flight
for you
– Money due with flight payment
• Southwest allows an extra fee of ____ to board in
the early group
– Worth it if you want to be able to sit together and
choose window, aisle, etc.
FYI
• In order to participate in the HOSA National
Conference/Competitions you must be a registered
guest at the hotel above. However, you are not
required to stay the entire length of the competition.
• You may choose to arrive and depart separately from
the group. If you choose to do this, you should know:
– you will be required to book and pay for flights
individually
– You are only allowed to attend the conference as long as
you are a registered hotel guest. (ie: If you check out prior
to the awards ceremony, you are not allowed to attend the
awards ceremony.)
Commitments

– Cancellation (for any reason) after tonight will still
require payment of flight fees

– Must know tonight if you will not fly w/ the group
• Cancellation past May 15th will require paying
registration fee (plus flight)
• Cancellation (for any reason) after June 20th
will still require payment of hotel fees
