etc. are finalized and become available to test.

ctcLink – Activate Your Account (AYA)
• All current students and employees will need to
activate their account in the new system
• This is how:
– Colleges will have a link to the AYA page, either a
hyperlink or a web button such as this:
– That will take users to a page to set
their password and create challenge/hint questions
before their account is activated
– Note: Student IDs will not be called “EMPLID.” Will be
‘ctcLink ID’ in AYA and it displays as simply “ID” on their
self-service screen. Faculty/Staff IDs will be EMPLID.

ctcLink Sign-In (Student Example)
After account activation, for daily sign-in, colleges may
choose to put ctcLink Sign-In button on existing student
portal homepage and/or other areas of their choosing.
(This is just an example. This will be up to colleges)
