 Homeless Status Code – applies to all students; 0=not
homeless at any time this school year
 Unaccompanied Youth Status Code – applies to all
students; 0= not unaccompanied
 Status determined upon enrollment or at the start of
school year
 For PEIMS reporting purposes, all students identified as
homeless and/or unaccompanied in the Fall Snapshot
must also be coded the same in the summer collection.

for every student reported with a 100 record, there must be a
matching 400 (basic attendance) and/or 500 (flexible
attendance) record for that student
one 300 Course Section record must be submitted for each
reportable unique class (course section) that was offered
during the school year
for each 300 record reported there must be a matching 305
record where campus-id, service-id, class-id-number, and
course-sequence code is the same
for each 300 record, there must be a matching 415 record

 E1523 - TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID is a unique number
assigned to a student by the Texas Education Agency
TSDS Unique ID System.
 E1524 - TX-UNIQUE-STAFF-ID is a unique number
assigned to a staff member by the Texas Education
Agency TSDS Unique ID System.

 The PRIOR-ID (E0990) field on the 045 Staff ID
Number Change record must be blank for Submissions

2012-2013 Summer collection, all staff demographic
data must be first added and then subsequently
maintained through the new TSDS Unique ID System.
