The 2010/2011 list recorded 58 trainings, half of them offering a range of 2 to 7
groups, which allows up to 124 training oppotunities

Setting-up of a list of cross-disciplinary trainings and rules to
be applied in the follow-up of these trainings.
These trainings concern 9 main areas :
- Knowledge of the the University and its surroundings
- Europe, institutions and their functioning
- Socio economic background, skills promotion and innovation potential
- Languages including French for foreigners
- Information and communication technologies
- Additional tools :
¤ Oral and written communication
¤ Education and teaching skills
¤ Mediation and spreading of scientific and technical culture

In addition to disciplinary education issued by the Doctoral Schools PhD
students belong to, they have to attend cross-disciplinary training sessions (at
least 54 hours) during 3 years.
Their pathway can be customized in accordance with the director of the
Doctoral School and requires signing an individual training plan.
A software programme has been thought up for computerized management of
cross-disciplinary trainings
