Assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Preference for dormitories cannot be
guaranteed, therefore, please indicate your first and second preference.

6. Payment
In order to make a reservation at the EUL Dormitories you are required to pay a refundable deposit fee of
$150 at least one month prior to your arrival. Late applications will be considered on the availability of
rooms at the relevant dormitories.

Note: • 3% VAT is added to all dormitory fees
• There are private dormitories and housing in the Lefke area available for
students. Please contact the Accommodation Office for detailed information
and reservation at: +90 392 660 2000 ext: 22 58 / 20 16
In order to confirm and finalize your reservation, you are required to make your dormitory fee payment (one
semester’s fee) at least 1 month prior to your arrival and prior to the semester you will be joining the
University.
There are no refund policies on reservation payments at the EUL Dorms. The only time the University
refunds fees is when applicants fail to receive a Turkish Transit Visa.
Payments to the EUL cashier are accepted in the following form:
¤Direct transfer to Türkiye İş Bank, account number 6800-301120-1960207. The SWIFT Code
is ISBKTRISXXX. Please ensure that the applicant’s full name as spelled in the passport and
the Dormitory’s name is mentioned in the transfer, and the fax confirmation is faxed to EUL
Registrar’s Office at +(90) 392 727 75 72, or sent by email to [email protected]
