JOINT INFORMATION CENTER (JIC)
January 23rd & January 25th
PROMPTLY AT 6:00 A.M.
Security Access will be processing all scheduled, non-badged
personnel offsite on the above dates.
Personnel must provide a valid (not expired) official photo
identification (e.g. driver’s license; passport; government
identification).
We will proceed to the Plant after badging .
Security will not grant access at the Main Entrance Facility (MEF) to
Non-Badged Contractors arriving for the outage.

The JIC has a large Constellation Sign in the
yard, a fence around it and a small guard
shack. Look for the Radio/Cell Antenna
right next to the Building. If you drive to a
circle, you have passed it
Directions North of Prince Frederick:
The best route to the JIC in Barstow, MD is to take Route 4 south to Prince Frederick, MD.
Turn Right on HALLOWING POINT RD/MD-231 (intersection at Prince Frederick Ford Dealership) - go 4 mi.
Turn Right on SKIPJACK RD - go 0.1 mi (Calvert County Industrial Park)
Arrive at 100 SKIPJACK RD on the Left
Directions South of Prince Frederick:
Follow Route 4 north to Prince Frederick , MD
Turn Left on HALLOWING POINT RD/MD-231 (intersection at Prince Frederick Ford Dealership) - go 4 mi.
Turn Right on SKIPJACK RD - go 0.1 mi (Calvert County Industrial Park)
Arrive at 100 SKIPJACK RD on the Left
