page, click “Home Page”
under the “My
Workplace” tab.

1. Click the pencil button.
2. In the User Settings
page, key in User Name.
3. Enter Internet Password
(similar to Webmail/
SameTime/ VDR/EDMS
password).
4. Select Sakura (if your
dept is not on the
Daffodil list).
5. Leave blank (Deletion
here will delete email in
Lotus Notes).
6. Tick the Email HTML
Display box.
7. Select your preferred
number of messages to
display.
8. Click “Finish” to confirm.

Lotus Mail and

personalize your page
by adding portlets that
you may choose from a
wide list for selection.

Adding a New Personal Page
Step-by-step guide
1. To create up to 7 new
personalized page, click
“Create New Page”
under “My Workplace”.
2. In the Customization
page, enter the name
you would like to give to
this new personalized
page.
3. Click “Finish” to confirm.

bundle.

view the list of portlets
within.

you wish to add/remove.

the selection.

1. Select your homepage.
2. Select “Edit Page” (to
rename page, change
page layout, rearrange &
remove portlets).
3. Click and move the
portlets around
according to your
preference.
4. However, the default
portlets (My K-Hub
Contribution, Lotus Mail
& Calendar, Info Feeds)
cannot be moved.
5. Click “Remove” to delete
portlet.
6. Click “Finish” to confirm.
