Hot Button Sort
Step 1:
Open the Retention Cards™ and separate the blue cards from the green/red
cards. Shuffle the Retention Cards™.
Step 2: Read the green AND red side of each card. Think about your current
work-world, and determine which side (red or green) best describes your current
situation.
Step 3: Leave the side up (green or red) that best describes your work-world.
Step 4: Create two piles of cards—green and red.
The green cards are the variables currently going well for you right now. The red
cards represent the variables that could be improved
