Updates
A snapshot view of a normal week's activity illustrates the
extent of the transition to the new " electronic face of
the college".
... 7,614 unique visitors ( or unique devices including
desktop, laptop computers and phones )
... 22,868 visits
... 93,988 pageviews
... 2.5% of visitors used dial up and 97.5% used a high
speed internet connection
... visited by 15 countries
Extending the data over a full year gives us around 3
million pageviews just within the portal and this does
not include web site visits and actual use of the
Blackboard system and Campus Connect. The portal will
be visited by students, potential students, and staff
approximately one million times over a full year.
Because of popular demand the course search function
in the portal was revised today to allow searching by
time of day and day of week. We welcome any future
recommendations for improvement.
