A. For Firms geographically located in WCR
 Application form
(Free of cost for NSIC Firms &
On payment of Rs. 500/- by DD/M.R
from COS office for other Firms.

certificate ( If applicable)

Registration Procedure:
 Scrutiny of Application: along with
 Inspection of Firm by Officer (For Non-NSIC
Regd. Firms) to verify docs & assess
Capacity & capability of firm for Applied TGs
 Insp report of Insp. Officer &
recommendation for TG & ML
 Consideration of recommendation by COS
Conveying Formal approval letter after
submission of Regn Fee. Rs. 1000/- (Nil For
NSIC Regd Firms) & subscription charges
(Rs.2000/- for 01 year.)
For NSIC Regd, Firms Inspection is not
carried out. The Application form should
be forwarded through NSIC and based on it,
Firm is Regd for TGs & ML

 Firm is advised to get registration with their
Home Railway.
 Provisional Regn based on its Home Rly
Regn without any inspection by WCR officer
on receipt of application.

 After Expiry of 01 Year Prov. Regn.
 After Expiry of Last Renewal,
Renewal is given for 02 years
 TGs may be added & ML is reviewed.
 Supply Performance / Tender participations is
reviewed from last renewal.
