Introduction
This course is designed to enable learners that already hold a Level
2 qualification to develop their range and depth of signing skills and
knowledge to go on to achieve the Level 3 NVQ.
At Level 3 students are required to evidence their skills through the
production of a portfolio of filmed evidence and self-reflection. This
pre Level 3 course allows learners to prepare for this by having
some additional teaching and practice for evidencing skills.
This course is beneficial to those wanting to improve their
grammatical syntax, vocabulary, conversation skills and receptive
skills and includes group work, tutorials and video practices.
There will be time allocated for individual tuition and feedback and
with other Deaf people in social situations.
There is no formal qualification at the end of this course but
participants will receive a certificate of attendance from Deaf
Solutions 3.
