•BT’s Proposed product prices will be :

BT Wholesale Services and Solutions Voice & Access Market Solutions i) IDA Transit Call charges product for the Originator

(at basic Transit Price)

ii) Invoice Information service for IDA operator (as for MNP Transit, but Value Add element of this product has been charged to the IDA operator )

(*Note use of CLI by an IDA operators has the potential to cause correctly inter operator call accounting, because of Mobile Number Portability the NAC (nng) in the CLI does not guarantee who sent the Call. However the IDA operator may chose to seek an enhanced Billing system or new IDA codes to over come this, or reach an alternative agreement with the network originator).

IDA Transit Service Review of Detail

• This is a Competitive Wholesale Service to meet the needs of the Mobile Market Sector, in competition with other UK Transit network operators.

BT Wholesale Services and Solutions Voice & Access Market Solutions

• The IDA operator and these Mobile Operators will have to reach agreement on the Mobiles charge for delivering the Call to the IDA operator, (BT is not part of this) . •The IDA operators will need to agree a forecast of traffic volumes with the Mobile Operator so that both the IDA Opertator and the Mobile Operator can build this into their ACO’s with BT.

• To achieve the Oftel determined launch dates the Mobile Operators will need to place Data Amendments with BT in early march. And BT will need notification from the relevanmt IDA operator by their signing up to the appropriate BT Schedules •BT Cellnet & Vodafone only have to offer a Single Stage IDA service (based on 1XXX codes)
