Recent advancements in the field of
science, like creation of 3-parents
embryos1, conception of gametes from the
skin cells2 and many other emerging
technologies has raised voluminous
ethical challenges in the current era.
However, it has been felt that
understanding on how to deal with these
emerging ethical problems is widely
lacking among the researchers and health
professionals in the country.
What this workshop aims at?
This workshop aims at sensitizing the
participants about ethical approaches of
biomedical research. It will also focus on
highlighting some ethical challenges that
biomedical researchers may come across.
