5. My existing hardware has licenses of (Web Filtering/IPS etc.)
active and is not due for renewal. What happens to those?
This offer comes inclusive of Service transfer. Meaning your services/licenses on
your currently active unit will be migrated to your New NG appliance plus you
receive an additional 1 year bundled subscription, free of charge.

6. Why do I need to purchase the appliance first?
You can only activate this offer on a new hardware. Your new NG hardware needs to
be registered using your unique customer account on
(https://customer.cyberoam.com) that you used to register your other appliances.
7. I have done a trade-in. What do I do with the old appliance?
All Services & Firmware will deactivate in 30 days from the date of migration. You
can dispose of the old hardware.
8. How can I import configuration settings from my old appliance
to new?

 The participant must be the legal Owner of the Eligible Cyberoam Product
& replacement product (NG series hardware). Please refer Upgrade Matrix
here to get more information on eligible Cyberoam Products &
corresponding replacement hardware.
 Replacement product (NG series hardware) should also be registered with
Cyberoam on the Customer Portal
 Replacement product (NG series hardware) should not have any Licenses
(services) activated on it and should be registered as a firewall product
only.
 In all cases, both customers and resellers are
advised to consult the Upgrade Matrix prior to
completing any purchase. End customer contact
information must be provided at the time of
registration regardless of which party (i.e., the
end customer or reseller) is completing the
registration process.

 The Owner must provide accurate contact details at the time of
registration of the product on the customer portal.
 Cyberoam reserves the right to validate legal ownership (e.g., by requiring
a receipt or invoice showing proof of ownership).
 Eligible Cyberoam product will be deactivated within 30 days of transfer of
licenses from Eligible Cyberoam product to replacement product (NG
series hardware). Once deactivated, product will may not be re-registered,
updated, supported, returned or upgraded.
 As a condition of this program, the Owner agrees that he/she will dispose
of the (old) Product within sixty (60) days of transfer of services to the
(new) NG hardware.
 Cyberoam reserves the right to terminate the
services on replacement product (NG series
hardware) if customer fails to comply with any of
the above conditions.

Eligible Product,(ii) is listed in the upgrade matrix and(iii) is purchased
through this promotion
 Licenses means any of the services/subscriptions of Antivirus, Antispam,
Web Filter, IPS, Web Application Firewall or service bundles like Total
Value Subscription (TVS), Security Value Subscription (SVS) etc.
