Need to plan over a variety of time spans
• Long-term – Over a year
• Mid-term – over three months
• Short-term – over one month
• Individual meetings – per week

Create a Planned and Balanced Programme
In Groups plan a balanced programme for 14
weeks from September to December
Choose one week and plan a detailed evenings
programme
The plan should include:
• Relevant Programme Zones and/or theme
• Activities
• A variety of Groupings

• Looks back on what has been happening
