 This is an extremely complex set of tasks
 Accordingly, we plan to move cautiously…
 …this is why we are using the incremental approach
 We will not “solve world hunger” with these projects
 Achieving true NNEC capability for operations will take much more work
 Other project MUST carry their share of the load
 Tight budgets = smaller capability delivery
 There are many risks associated with these efforts
 Projects with many interdependencies have a higher probability of failure
 Your input and support are essential for success
