• No costumes, wigs, masks
• No sprays, shaving cream, funny
string
• No dangerous or disruptive
items
Halloween Night
• Create a plan
– Communicate with your
parents/guardians
•have a set time when you will be home

Travel with your friends
Plan where you are going
Avoid large groups and strangers
Do not go into anyone’s house
Tricks or Treats
• Have your parents carefully inspect
any goodies collected during
Halloween.
• Be careful of any temporary tattoos
handed out.
• Do not eat candy
– Out of it’s original wrapper
– If the wrapper is old and faded
– If there is a hole or tear in the wrapper
Traffic Safety
It gets dark early
Wear light colored clothes
Carry a flashlight
Walk on the sidewalk
Avoid Sunrise Highway &
Montauk Highway
