What is 100,000 Homes campaign?
• National movement
• House vulnerable and chronically homeless individuals and
families
• 100,000 by July of 2014.
What is Vulnerability Index (VI)?
• Began as research into
causes of death among
chronically homeless
individuals
• Tool for indentifying and
prioritizing people who
are homeless according to
the fragility of their
health and living situation
• VI Tool can be used to
develop individualized
housing plans
