A. Time spent with girls in class is far less then with
boys.(para.3-6)
a. On average, teachers give girls 38 percent of
their attention, less than they think they do.
b. Teacher think giving two-thirds of their time to
boys is a fair deal. And so do the boys themselves.
B. Double standards pervade the classroom.

boys are often met with respect and rewards;
