Talent: Recruit, Transform & Groom
Companies:
 Workers 55+ growing 4X faster than the labor force as a whole
 By 2030, the over-65 crowd will expand to 72 million people, up from
40 million in 2010* How Baby Boomers Will Change the Economy, Tom Sightings, January 15, 2013
 The economy is recovering, retirements will outpace job postings !
Community:
 People are working longer
 Talent is career changing or rearranging or realigning (life-style)
