Missing results – Global Search
Global Search is the first place to look if a candidate’s
results do not show in the report. This is usually
because the candidate has not selected all their
university choices in their LNAT profile. From the
Document List click on “Global Search”.
Missing results – Global Search
The search screen looks like this. You need 2 of the
following criteria to search for an individual candidate’s
result: name, date of birth, LNAT ID, and UCAS ID. If
you are still unable to find the result, contact Lucienne
who should be able to find it for you.
Preferences – changing screen view
• You can use Preferences to make other
changes. For example, to make the screen
view of your report bigger under the
“General Tab” go to the heading “Document
viewing” and select the second option.
• Play around with this to find an option
you’re comfortable with.
Preferences – date format
• The date formats should all be in UK, not
US, format. However, if for any reason
yours are not go to the General Tab, and
check the settings under the heading
“Product Locale”…
Preferences – date format
The settings should be:-
Preferences – set to open to specific page
For example, if you want to skip this page…
Preferences – set to open to specific page
…and go straight to the reports…

Preferences and under the
heading “InfoView Start
Page” click on “Category”,
