Permanent Placements Recruiting Fee
Years of Experience
Percentages Excluding TDS
0 to 4 Years
8.33 % of Annual Compensation
4 to 8 Years
10.5 % of Annual Compensation
8 to 12 Years
12.5 % of Annual Compensation
12 to 15 Years and above
15 % of Annual Compensation
o All the above mentioned percentages are on the Cost to the company compensation (CTC ) , which includes all
the variable components offered to candidates at the time of joining .
o Replacement will be provided if any of Staffing Corporate placed candidate leaves the organization with in 3
(three)months of time from the date of joining .
o Clients will be agreed to share a copy of the offer letter issued to the candidates.
o Invoice will be raised for all the candidates on the date of joining
Client will be agreed to clear all the raised invoices with in the completion of first 30 days.
Contract Staffing
o There is no predefined fee structure for contract staffing , can be discussed incidentally based on clients needs .
