Further, this workshop is about the use of SEM when ordinary assumptions such as multivariate normality and large number of sample size are not met. This situations would require the use of a special method for SEM which is PLS does not require normal-distributed input data PLS can be applied to complex SEM with a large number of construct formative construct Who should join this workshop Researchers, MBA, DBA, MSc and PhD PLS is especially useful for prediction Especially, to who are at the stage of data collection and analysis.
