Modes of sale
The houses shall be sold through: (a) Outright sale - This is where the
purchaser pays 20% of the purchase
price as a deposit and pay the rest
within 90 days from the date the
house is ready for sale.
(b) Tenant Purchase (TP) – is where
the purchaser pays 10% deposit and
then pays the balance of purchase
price monthly at 13% for 18 years.
