Guest User Login/Logout
GUEST USER LOGIN
Select to hear
details of the
code in the
picture
Enter the code into the space provided
then select ‘Guest Login’
If an incorrect code is entered the picture will
refresh with a different code for you to input
Select if you wish to
apply to be a
registered user
Guest Login - You will be directed to the Information Services Portal where you will be
provided with a limited view of the data.

Please refer to the ‘Select & View Reports’ User Guide for instructions on
how to view and search for reports.
NB: Guest Users are unable to use the ‘Bookmarks’ facility

and footer, they are available to all users as they navigate through the reports portal.

LOGOUT
Select to exit the Information Services
Portal
You will be logged out of the Information Services Portal and directed back to the
LOGIN page.
If you do not submit any requests for 30 minutes the system will time out and you
will automatically be logged out of the system.
If the Information Services Reports Portal is disconnected due to a system failure
you will automatically be logged out of the system.
NEED TO REGISTER
If you are not yet registered and do not have a password.
Select: click here
Select ‘Registration’ which will allow you to retrieve the registration form. This
will need to be completed, then authorised and emailed to NHS Prescription
Services by a Senior Officer (line manager or above) within your
Organisation.
Once processed you will be sent a link by email to set your security
questions and create your password
