學生學習概覽SLP
 內容包含以下各項資料:
SLP consists of
1) 校內學科成績及獎項 Academic
performance & awards
2) 其他學習經歷 OLE
3) 校外表現/獎項 Performance / awards
gained outside school
4) 學生自述 Student’s self-account
 概覽可於三月廿日或之後回校領取
Students may collect the SLP hard copy
on/after 20 March

由校方主辦/與其他機構合辦的活動 Activities

學校為學生輸入紀錄於內聯網中 Records are
input by the school into e-class
學生可隨時查閱有關紀錄 Students may view the
records in e-class
每年學生可選取三至六項得著較多、印象較深刻的
活動,紀錄於SLP中 Every year, students may
choose 3 to 6 records to be printed in SLP
S6 遞交選取紀錄日期為十月三日
S6 Deadline for submission of selected

由學生自行紀錄 (手冊/ 內聯網/ 電腦/ 文件夾)
Students keep their records in their own ways
學生每年可選取一至三項得著較多、印象較深刻的
活動,遞交電腦檔給學校,由學校紀錄於SLP中
Every year, students may choose 1 to 3 records to
be printed in SLP. They submit the Excel file to the
school.
S6 遞交日期: 十月三日

Student’s self-account
例如:可略述一項印象深刻的學習經歷,並交代如何影響同
學的個人成長及人生目標的設定。亦可述說同學訂定人生目
標的故事,及其如何影響同學對職業的期望及全人發展。
概述印象深刻的學習經歷,或為未來的求職擇業訂立目標
e.g. highlight any impressive learning experiences or career
goal setting
學生可提供額外資料,重點描述其在高中或之前的學習生活
及成長經驗,以便其他人士(例如各大專院校及未來僱主等)
參考
Students may provide additional information to highlight
any aspects of her learning life and personal development
during or before senior secondary education for readers’
(e.g. tertiary education institutions, future employers)
references.

學生每年需填寫自我評估表,反思所學,總結經
驗,並計劃未來目標 Every year, students fill in
the Self Assessment Form to reflect on their
performance and set future goals.





How did I contribute to the school and to the

How shall I apply what I have learnt in the future?

利用電腦軟件“記事本”鍵入,儲存為txt檔並
用UTF-8編碼 Type using Notepad. Save as
txt file in UTF-8 coding
約六百字 Optimum:~600 words
