Transcript Preface

Preface :LMIS started from 2003 at all Tahsil locations
for Data Entry & completed data entry. After data
entry validation done by checking each & every 7/12
from Talathi with their records. Thereafter
corrections are made & from that all data &
software is updated regularly & computerised 7/12
issued with signature of NT or authorised signatory.
Thereafter from Feb. 2010 online 7/12 issued
from CSC Centers with signature of Talathi.
Thereafter from Dec. 2011 as per GR No. Sankirna2010/Pra.Kra.63/L-1Cell Dated 27 Apr. 2010 with
signature of VLEs from 186 centers in Akola District.

From 31st Dec. 2011 issuing Handwritten 7/12 has been stopped all
over Akola District.
Process of Uploading Database on Server :-
Taluka Managers collect 7/12 backup CDs from Tahsil Office.
Taluka Managers upload backup cd to FTP server and mail to respective
District Manager and Mumbai Team about completion of uploading
database.
Mumbai Team process step of exporting and send exported data to
Bangalore Office and then Bangalore Team live exported data on Server and
sent mail regarding updation done.
Mumbai Team mail to District Manager and District Manager send mail to
all VLEs about update dates of all taluka.
•186 CSC Centres are running in Akola Districts and
issuing online updated 7/12 & 8-A.
Benefits of online 7/12 & 8-A :
Any citizen can get anytime updated online 7/12 & 8-A
of any Taluka from any CSC Centre of Akola District. It
will help citizen to save time, travelling and money to go
and collect 7/12 from respective Taluka or talathi.
On http://akola.nic.in/webrcis/aspx/saatbara.aspx site
any citizen can view/print his 7/12 for personal purpose.
-: Achievements :•
In Akola District from April 2011 online 7/12 will
be issued and upto March 2013 total 12,95,351 7/12 & 8-A are issued to citizens.
Updation are updated upto 31 March 2013 on
CSC Portal.
Award for Best District Manager : Akola District.
Award for Highest Transactions to 6 VLEs out of 10
VLEs in Amravati Division are from Akola District.
