All teachers in the department helped
complete the project during a teacher
in-service.

chapters being taught and which
pages of the text addresses the

I would guess most publishers follow similar
procedures.

Daily Objectives tying into the VSC Objectives

Music/Song- Try tying in a current song to the chapter

• Engages Student
• Timing mechanism prompting teacher and
student that discussion (lecture) will begin
in approximately three minutes
• If two songs are played (one from a
previous chapter and one from current
chapter) You may prompt questions from
the first song prior to the lesson as a
review (seemingly painless to students)
