The process of preparing alumina-base composite
material includes the following steps: dropping
sodium hydroxide solution or ammonia water to
solution with nickel nitrate hexahydrate and
aluminum powder for reaction to produce
Ni(OH)2/Al/Al(OH)3, dewatering and calcining
the obtain ternary colloid to obtain NiO/Al/Al2O3,
reducing the obtained NiO/Al/Al2O3 into
Ni/Al/Al2O3, introducing mixed methane and
nitrogen gas after stopping hydrogen introduction
and reacting catalytically at certain temperature
for several hours to obtain carbon nanotube
/Ni/Al/Al2O3 composite powder with
controllable carbon nanotube content, and final
powder metallurgy and hot extruding to obtain
carbon nanotube/Ni/Al/Al2O3 composite
material.; The present invention has the
advantages of well controlled proportion of Ni, Al
and Al2O3, excellent dispersion of Al and carbon
nanotube in the composite material, high
comprehensive performance of the composite
material, etc.

The title process comprises: (1) adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate
and Al powder in 1L deionized water by a wt. ratio of 0.127:1 to
1.24:1, and dropping 0.01-1 mol/L NaOH or 36% ammonia soln.
under magnetic agitation to pH 7-12 to obtain Ni(OH)2/Al/Al(OH)3
ternary colloid under a wt. ratio of Ni:Al = 0.025:1 to 0.25:1 and
Al:Al(OH)3 = 0.01:1 to 0.654:1, (2) dewatering at 150-300° and
150-350 mL/min nitrogen for 2-4 h, and calcining at 350-500° for
2-4 h to obtain NiO/Al/Al2O3 catalyst precursor powder, (3) paving
in a quartz boat, aerating nitrogen, heating by 8°/min to 500-650°,
reducing with 25-250 mL/min H2 for 1.5-4 h to obtain Ni/Al/Al2O3
catalyst, (4) aerating a mixt. of nitrogen and methane (vol. ratio =
6:1 to 12:1) by a flow rate of 420-780 mL/min, allowing reaction at
500-650° for 0.1-4 h, and cooling under 5-75 mL/min nitrogen to
20-25° to obtain carbon nanotubes/Ni/Al/Al2O3 composite powder,
and (5) pressing at 20-25° and 350-1200 MPa for 30 s-2 min,
sintering at 10-11-10-7 torr and 1000-1350° for 0.5-6 h, and repressing at 1250-2000 MPa for 30 s-2 min to give the title product,
or pressing at 500-1000° and 100-1000 MPa for 2-12 h to give the
title product. The composite powder can be well controlled of the
ratios of Ni or Al to alumina, and solved of the dispersion problem
of Al and carbon nanotubes. Carbon nanotubes has high bonding
strength with the base to form net structure.

SciFinder的程序安装
1．双击 sfs2007.exe 文件，开始安装，然后点击 Setup ，多数步骤都默认即
可；注意在安装过程中，会弹出一个窗口询问： Do you have a disk
labled Custom Site Files? 这里点击 “No”。
2．安装完毕后，需要下载 site.prf 文件并粘贴到 C:\SFSCHLR 文件夹下（默
认目录或其它安装路径，但须保证在 SFSCHLR 主目录下）下，这样
SciFinder 才可以正常使用。
3.双击 ViewerLite50_4cas.exe 文件安装 ViewerLite （用来查看 物质的3D 模
型，用户可以选择安装），只要点击 Next， Continue 即可。
开始 > 程序 > SciFinder 2007 > SciFinder， 就可以访问数据库了。
