• Training on relevant trades with latest technological inputs
• Employment oriented training : Curriculum catering to employer’s
requirement
• Competency based Curriculum & Instructional material is Hindi language
whereas medium of delivery is mixed (Hindi & English)
• Soft skills (as communication skills, personality development etc.) are inbuilt component of training
• Continuous monitoring & evaluation of the participant’s performance and
feed back for improvement
• 90 % Placement to trained candidates assuring sustainable employment

• Assessment is done through a well designed assessment

• Certification is by training partners as well as option for
