A very useful and successful initiative Increased utilisation of fund from 68% to 100% All Courses have been well attended; 14 - 18/ course no. of individual applicants have increased 3 fold over the last 3 years One successful CESR application and quite a few awaiting PMETB/GMC decision Aspirations have been met to become a Consultant ↑ awareness of the fund with ↑ participation year on year
