the former legal firm of Mandela and Tambo in central
Johannesburg in the 1950s

was founded in April 2003 and incorporated in
accordance with the laws of South Africa.
• CHH is wholly owned by the Chancellor House Trust
• Chancellor
House Holdings (“CHH”) is a broad based
economic empowerment investment holding company
