HR Internship in Training & Recruitment

Starting February 2012 – Preferably 6 months, located in Brussels

JOB:

Your internship will take place at Danone Belgium headquarters. The content of the internship is linked to the running project at the moment. Some of your tasks will be: • Supporting the recruitment manager in sourcing & selecting: screening of letters of application, processing these applications, attend and organise interviews and assessments, helping with the organisation of employer-branding events (i.e. job fairs,…) • Organisation of trainings with external or internal partners, follow-up, registration and evaluation of these trainings • Cooperation on other HR-projects

PROFILE

• You have a master’s degree preferably in Psychology, Human resource management our economics • You are available for preferably 6 months • Your maternal language is French or Dutch, a good knowledge of the other language and/or English is an asset • You can work with MS Office • You are enthusiastic, service-minded, and keen to take initiative and improvement

PERIOD

• Starting in February
